The Regional Director, Medical Science Liaisons, will manage and provide leadership to a team of regional Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) at Immunomedics. The primary responsibilities of this position are to help provide structure and guidance to the company’s field MSL team, and subsequently assist in the hiring and day to day oversight of MSLs within the respective regions. The Regional Director, Medical Science Liaisons will also be responsible for representing the Field Medical Affairs team, both internally and externally, as a clinical expert supporting potential product launches and ongoing pipeline development. This individual will report to the Senior Director, Medical Science Liaisons


• Responsible for overall day to day operational aspects of the regional MSL team including assisting in hiring, onboarding and reviewing the performance of MSLs, and managing the MSL budget.
• Implement and oversee field strategy and priorities in alignment with overall the Medical Affairs plan.
• Assist in the development and execution of MSL onboarding and training curriculum and materials.
• Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports of regional MSL activities to senior leadership.
• Provide input into the creation of Key Opinion Leader target lists, MSL field source sizing, and territory maps.
• Evaluate, approve, and direct all regional MSL activities, including research activities, educational activities, and interactions with healthcare providers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Develop a strategic, comprehensive, regional congress plan.
• Actively assist the clinical trials team in the ongoing support and communication with investigators on Immunomedics corporate trials.

• Ensure internal stakeholders are knowledgeable of key opinion leader views and opinions as it pertains to Immunomedics products and relevant disease states.
• Proactively coordinate field need for medical/scientific knowledge required for management and support of Immunomedics products in development, especially in providing support of clinical trial activities.
• Support the creation of clinical slide decks and other MSL resources.


• 7+ years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs, with experience working with cross-functional in-house and field-based teams
• Oncology-specific experience required.
• Advanced Clinical/Science degree or professional credentials required (MD/DO, PhD, PharmD, PA).
• Prior line management experience highly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and business planning, including development of a budget and adherence to targets.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Manage and adhere to Immunomedics policies, ensuring compliance with corporate rules and government regulations.
• Ability to interact and communicate openly and effectively with Company Management, external opinion leaders, regulatory bodies and development team members.
• Experience conducting formal presentations to Company Management and external opinion leaders.
• Strong analytical skills, especially with regard to understanding and interpreting scientific and clinical research and literature are essential.
• Demonstrated self-starter and team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Adept, nimble, energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment.
