    Immunomedics is seeking a highly motivated GxP LMS Training Specialist who is interested in joining our fast-paced, dynamic environment.  The successful candidate will serve as the subject matter expert of the Learning Management System (ComplianceWire).

     

    The GxP LMS Training Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of corporate quality training programs related to key training initiatives, applicable regulatory requirements, and is responsible for the continuous improvement of the LMS for the organization.  The GxP LMS Training Specialist will partner across functions to ensure that Training and Continuous Education programs are properly maintained, implemented and communicated across sites.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and archive paper and electronic training records and files
    • Support audits/inspections to provide LMS documentation of training records
    • Support the scheduling and set-up of training classes
    • Collaborate with departments to establish and maintain curricula requirements for new and existing employees
    • Lead annual curricula reviews in partnership with departmental curriculum owners
    • Remain current with best practices in regulatory requirements, adult learning principles and styles, and technology that enables training solutions
    • Serve as a knowledgeable resource and conduct LMS role-based training
    • Manage training team mailbox and handle requests in a timely and accurate manner
    • Partner with Quality Document Management System team to apply system updates and assignments to LMS as needed
    • Assist in troubleshooting LMS functionality issues. Partner with the LMS Technical Support Team in order to resolve issues expeditiously

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 3-5 years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or clinical (GxP) industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience working in a regulated environment with strong knowledge of GxP and regulatory requirements.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a complex and diverse environment.
    • Ability to effectively manage priorities under strict and dynamic deadlines.
    • Experience with electronic Learning Management Systems (eLMS), preferable ComplianceWire
    • Familiarity with Document Management Systems (eDMS).
    • Preferred proficiency with ComplianceWire or similar LMS
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including Responsible Business Communication
    • Must be able to organize information in a consistent and readily retrievable manner
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong teamwork skills
    • Proficient with MS Office applications
    • Provide strong customer service
