  • Overview

    Implement and maintain processes in Veeva Quality Management system for Quality Systems including but not limited to Document Control and Change Control.

    Responsibilities

    • Project lead for data migration / transition to Veeva.
    • Facilitate the communication and translation of user requirements and solutions between the quality process owners, IT, and Veeva.
    • Assist end users to diagnose problems and recommend solutions.
    • Analyze/document current and future process models and be able to identify, recommend and implement areas of potential improvement.
    • Facilitate, perform and support system and user acceptance testing
    • Keep quality leadership apprised of developments through clear and timely communication
    • Continually update knowledge of Veeva and analyze new system features to identify solutions and process improvements
    • Author new and revised procedures as required to support new or updated processes.
    • Design and implement appropriate training for end users on new or updated processes.
    • Perform other duties as required and available for overtime

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with 10 years’ experience with quality systems in regulated pharmaceutical or medical device environment or other significant, relevant experience.
    • Work experience in regulated industry (biologics, pharma, medical device)
    • Work experience with Veeva preferred, but not required with relevant experience with implementation and maintenance of Quality Systems in other EDMS.
    • Computer competency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
    • Excellent reading and writing skills.
    • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
