The Associate Director, Global Supply Planning is a key leadership position within the Immunomedics Global Supply Chain team. This person will be responsible for delivering insightful, well supported forecasts and analytics to management in order to support the continuity of supply of Immunomedics products. The successful candidate will contribute in-depth planning expertise, work closely with internal stakeholders up to senior levels and external partners, with the capacity to manage multiple projects/deliverables in support of the business.     Responsibilities

    • Leadership of the Global Supply Planning
    • Responsible for SIOP process.
    • Business owner for the implementation of the end-to-end demand/supply planning model and its ongoing operational performance.
    • Lead Demand and Supply Review; owns the process of consolidating requirements and providing updates to Contract Manufacturing and Internal Manufacturing and providing end to end reporting to Senior Management.
    • Provide single point of the manufacturing network (internal and external) to ensure alignment of the manufacturing plan, allocation of capacity, and clear communication of supply constraints.
    • In partnership with commercial teams, finance, clinical and the manufacturing network, agree on safety stock targets. Measure compliance with stock targets and report to the executive team.
    • Proven leader that can develop a strategic vision, communicate, and implement.
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully build and maintain key cross functional relationships; Ability to influence others to drive alignment and support.
    • Collaborate with Contract Manufacturing Group to establish optimal Supply Plan for 1-5 years, support all Contractual Forecast commitments for team.
    • Work with Internal and External Manufacturing teams to get accurate overview of capacity to identify and communicate any unbalance between supply and demand 
    • Optimizes key supply chain processes, Demand Control and Demand Review, Supply Review, and build key parameters (lead times, EOQ, order frequencies) to increase the processes effectiveness and provide optimized inventory levels.
    • Actively support Global Supply Chain process improvements projects
    • Collaborate with Contract Manufacturing Group for onboarding with new suppliers, identifying key parameters to be included within Master Services Agreements.
    • Excellent communication capabilities both written and verbal
    • Results driven with strong organizational skills.

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related degree required. Master’s level degree in a related field preferred.
    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management/Planning in a Biosciences or related industry.
    • Training in forecasting and Monte Carlo modeling required, Certified Forecast professional or APICS certified a plus.
    • Proven Strong Microsoft Office capabilities.
