  • Overview

    The Senior Manager, Program Management will be responsible for developing and implementing the program management function in accordance with patient experience strategic priorities.


    • Leads innovation programs to create products, services, and experiences that transform patient outcomes. 
    • A strategic thinker in terms of project approach, team, and growth over time, managing the entire program life-cycle of patient experience initiatives from concept to delivery.
    • Excellent acumen in planning complex programs, managing scope and budgets, forecasting revenue, resourcing teams, and understanding legal/contracts.
    • Serves as primary point of contact for program management to foster strong, compliant, productive, and value-added alliances with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensures programs are aligned to meet strategic business goals and needs of our patients while being compliant with local, regional, national, and global regulatory guidelines as applicable.
    • Guides and motivates others, earns their respect and confidence by taking ownership in making confident program decisions.
    • Makes active contributions to deeper strategic and creative conversations, strongly influencing process as well as content.
    • Creates and models a message, both internally and externally, that reflects Immunomedics’ commitment to those impacted by cancer.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, articulate and assertive in presenting work.
    • Adept at creating and communicating a clear and detailed program plan to internal and external stakeholders, effectively aligning resources and motivating multi-disciplinary teams to achieve goals and create partnership-style relationships.
    • An ability to balance the big picture with day-to-day delivery details, connecting key project needs and internal resources to prioritize the team’s workload.
    • Demonstrated technical, organizational, project management, and negotiation capabilities. Must be a self-starter with excellent ability to implement and execute.
    • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of people and audiences.
    • Strong desire to improve the lives of patients, their caregivers, and families. Possess compassion and empathy coupled with a high degree of integrity and accountability.
    • Adept in areas of relationship management, event planning, and human-centered design.
    • Solid understanding of the applicable regulatory environment and industry standards


    • BA/BS in a relevant scientific or business discipline with 3+ years of progressive work experience in an innovation, design, biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical research setting with responsibility for project management, event planning, and/or product and service development.
    • Prior experience in healthcare focused management consulting, corporate strategy, or product management is beneficial.
    • Experience with project managing digital transformation initiatives and/or leading product and service development a plus.

    Expertise with online and offline strategies, tools, and techniques for human-centered research, engagement, collaboration, program management, and feedback.
