  • Overview

    This position will be responsible for providing ERP subject matter expertise for CMC providing best-practice guidance on supply chain business processes and implementation.


    • Participates in full implementation projects supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality.
    • Establishes project scope, priorities, deadlines and deliverable schedules.
    • Leads the information gathering and design process including the development of functional business requirements and review of solution scope documents.
    • Manages changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs through risk assessment and mitigation plans.
    • Develops and executes test plans and test software configurations.
    • Provides training to key and end users.
    • Provides regular internal reports on the status of projects.
    • Monitors project activities ensuring the quality and integrity of the information.
    • Attends product functionality briefings and training sessions.
    • Develops and maintains required reporting.
    • Responsible for system set up and maintenance of data.
    • Carries out audit and ensures data integrity from internal system and imported information.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment consisting of internal and external team members.
    • Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadline
    • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills, including the ability to support and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects. 
    • Cross functional team and project management experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred?
    • Minimum 6 years’ experience within pharmaceutical industry supporting CMC
    • Experience configuring ERP.
    • Multiple ERP system experience preferred.
