  • Overview

    The Corporate Strategy and Operations team at Immunomedics is looking for a seasoned internal management consultant with experience at a top-tier firm who has worked with senior managers in corporations to drive large programs, assist with change management and help with operating model changes. 

    This role would be responsible for helping to inform and drive alignment of Immunomedics’ corporate strategy and other large-scale organizational initiatives, as well as address critical business issues for the Company. Additionally, the person will be responsible for helping to drive strategy into coordinated execution across departments and functions.

    The person would be expected to perform the following activities (not exhaustive):

    • Complex program and project management across a multitude of stakeholders
    • Management of program milestones, timelines, risks and dependencies
    • Development of dashboards and metrics to highlight progress, risk and projections
    • Coordination of activities and milestones between internal and external stakeholders
    • Collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders
    • Supporting operating model re-design
    • Embrace corporate citizenship and contribute to the development, implementation, and oversight of corporate policies and programs
    • Helping with organizational, process and talent assessments
    • Supporting with internal and external communications and PR
    • Development and management of the strategic planning process
    • Aiding with financial and business development analyses
    • Monitoring, understanding and prioritizing internal and external issues that would affect the company’s overall success
    • Support strategy projects and drive recommendations and implementation
    • Market research and analysis and capabilities assessments to support strategic planning and other initiatives
    • Communicating and working with the leadership team on corporate priorities and plans


    • Bachelor’s Degree required and Advanced Degree (MBA) preferred
    • 4-5years at a top-tier management consulting firm or 5-6 years in the bio/pharmaceutical and/or healthcare-related industry in a corporate strategy function
    • Proven strategy, planning, and program / project management skills
    • Experience with change management, influencing and coordinating progress
    • Superior analytical and problem solving skills
    • Strong communications skills
    • Financial and operational acumen in a public company setting
    • Demonstrated strong cross-functional team leadership, ability to build relationships and influence, inspire and motivate others
    • Team player who collaborates well with others
    • Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity
    • Results-driven, with exceptional judgement and ability to prioritize and maximize limited resources to achieve goals
    • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
