    This position will lead digital build and operations in supporting Immunomedics on its digital transformation journey and to realize its vision of delivering breakthrough therapies to treat complex cancers and transform patient outcomes.

    The primary responsibility is to manage digital portfolio, develop digital product/services and concepts using agile/lean development approaches. Responsible for innovative concept and product realization that includes product, service and regulated content components.

    Immunomedics will deploy these services internally or externally to patients, physicians, payor, suppliers, ecosystem partners. Significant interaction with internal stakeholders such as marketing, patient experience, and IT.

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

     

    • Develop digital and physical prototyping and complete digital product development services to internal stakeholders, using a key design principle, customer/user is first and foremost. Directly collaborate with Patient Experience, Corporate Communications, Commercial (Sales and Marketing) and Medical Affairs teams. Digital products/services may involve 3rd party platforms, websites, mobile apps, novel data, sensing and computing services.
    • Develop concepts to test for value using lean startup methods (Business model canvas, lean startup toolkit)
    • Support digital products across entire life-cycle from concept, strategy, design, development and support for key digital products.
    • Develop and manage the complete digital portfolio and governance framework that includes policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
    • Develop representative demonstration and integration environments for consumer testing, digital service demonstrations
    • Lead pilot deployments, digital product development and manage all digital development operations (DevOps)
    • Lead innovation workshops for concepts that include customer co-creation strategies
    • Manage a network of experts, consultants, partners and vendors to deliver digital products and services including digital production houses and native digital agencies

    Qualifications

    • University degree required (product management, engineering or marketing).
    • 10-12 years progressive experience in digital products development and operations
    • 3 years of proven ability in leading Digital Operations using agile development methods
    • 5 years working in collaborative team environments that includes internal teams and external providers such as integrators, agencies, development partners
    • 3 years of working with cloud platforms (such as AWS) that includes development, deployment and operations.
    • Proven experience with REST API architecture, design and deployment.
    • Proven ability to tap into network of experts, consultants and service providers
    • Proven experience in delivering concepts, minimum viable products and digital platforms in the Healthcare and Life Sciences domain.
    • Good hands on experience with rapid software prototyping that includes full stack development capabilities.
    • Experience with social media platform, big data services, content management platforms and digital media programming.
    • Prior experience in working with incubators, innovation and hackspaces
    • Proven ability to think strategically, with a balanced analytical and creative approach.
    • Excellent verbal/written communication and listening skills.
    • Excellent planning, organization, time management and customer focus skills.
