    Immunomedics, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company located in Morris Plains, NJ, is seeking a comprehensive Project  Coordinator to support members of the Business Operations Departments.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and process expense reports, purchase orders and its reconciliation with invoices, and check requests.
    • Support and coordinate internal and /or Video conference meetings, including preparation of presentation decks for meetings, minutes of key meetings, and follow up of agreed meeting actions items.
    • Create basic training documents and deliver basic training, such as Video conferencing, e-mail and work from remote locations.
    • Under direct supervision of a Business Operations member manages and coordinates a small project or a small phase, which includes its analysis of project requirements, implementation including allocation of resources, task assignments, progress monitoring and performance against the initial project plan and, provide updates to appropriate functional teams.
    • Coordinate timely small project meetings, prepare and communicate status reports to functional teams.
    • Prepares meeting plans, itineraries and compiles documents for external meetings.
    • Documents and follows up on CBO leadership team meetings.
    • Provides administrative support for the Chief Business Officer for the preparation of timely Board meetings including materials and information provided to the Board of Directors
    • Follow up of and tracking of documents submitted for CDA/NDAs, SOW between internal IMMU functional groups, vendors and legal to ensure appropriate approvals and timely completion
    • Coordinate in-house and off-site meetings with vendors and events, including venue selection, catering, and corresponding logistics.
    • Maintain inventory of department office supplies.
    • Provide assistance to manage and update the company website when appropriate.

    Qualifications

    • 5-7 years of related work experience in relevant industry (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, or healthcare) required.
    • BA, or AAS degree highly desired.
    • Previous experience supporting a large business group is highly desired.
    • Basic understanding of Business Analysis
    • Knowledge of Project operations and overall Project Management fundamentals is a plus.
    • Must possess advanced MS Word proficiency Must possess intermediate MS Outlook and Excel proficiency.  Basic familiarity with PowerPoint and/or Access is a plus.
    • Proven understanding of Website and appropriate web design software.
    • Ability to work and communicate effectively across all functional teams.
    • Ability to identify issues and escalate to appropriate personnel as needed.
    • Organizational skills, including accuracy and strong attention to detail are critical competencies. 
    • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the availability to work overtime hours when needed.
